Electronic Communications may be provided through the PoolUp mobile application, email, SMS messages, push notifications, or our website.

Electronic Communications include, but are not limited to:

• Terms of Service and agreements
• Transaction confirmations
• Account statements and records
• Legal notices
• Regulatory disclosures
• Security alerts and account notifications

These Electronic Communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing.

We may deliver Electronic Communications through:

• the PoolUp mobile application
• email
• SMS messages (for account verification and transactional notifications)
• push notifications
• our website

To access and retain Electronic Communications, you must have:

• a device capable of internet access
• a valid email address
• a mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages (if you opt in to SMS)
• a current version of the PoolUp mobile application

You are responsible for maintaining updated contact information so that we can deliver Electronic Communications.

You may withdraw consent to receive Electronic Communications by closing your PoolUp account.

Withdrawal of consent may limit your ability to use certain PoolUp Services.

By creating an account or using the PoolUp Services, you confirm that:

• you can access Electronic Communications
• you consent to receive communications electronically
• you understand that certain Services require electronic communication to function
